Seven days from delivery.

How It Works

You have seven days from delivery to raise a return or exchange. Start the request below with your order ID, we approve it within a day, and a courier collects from your address. Once the item passes quality check, your refund is processed.

What We Accept

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Anything that shows signs of use won't pass quality check.

How Refunds Work

Prepaid orders can be refunded to the original payment method, NOTMADE wallet, or as a gift card. COD orders are refunded to wallet or gift card only. Wallet refunds are instant, bank refunds take five to seven working days.
