About NOTMADE

WHY WE EXIST

Waiting is the problem we set out to solve. Five days for a t-shirt, a week for a chain — you order on Monday and wear it the following Sunday, by which point the moment has already passed. This generation doesn't shop that way. You see something, you want it now, not next week. So we built a platform that doesn't make you wait.

WHAT WE ARE

NOTMADE is a marketplace, not a clothing label. We don't manufacture anything. We make the right products available and get them to you fast. Right now that means t-shirts and jewellery — the pieces that define a fit. Eyewear, bags and footwear come next, and the catalogue expands as the demand does. If it belongs in your rotation, it belongs here.

WHO BUILDS IT

Built by people who wear what they sell. We aren't running a category from a spreadsheet — we're in the market, and we know which labels are moving, which drops are worth the hype, and what's simply overpriced. That's why the catalogue stays deliberately tight. Every product listed on NOTMADE is here because someone on this side of the business would wear it themselves.

HOW WE WORK

Selling is only half of it. Every order is video-verified on delivery — you record the unboxing, and we confirm that what you paid for is what arrived, which removes disputes and missing-item claims entirely. Limited drops go live each week, and when stock is gone it's gone, with no restocks and no manufactured scarcity. Our merchant programme opens soon, letting independent labels list with us while we handle logistics, delivery and support.

WHY STUDIO

Because we don't simply stock inventory. We curate what goes live, build the experience around it, and take the presentation further than a conventional store would. That's studio work, and that's why we're NOTMADE Studio.
