How do I place an order?

Browse products, add to cart, choose delivery type, and checkout. You can pay online (UPI, cards) or choose Cash on Delivery. We'll confirm your order via SMS/WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel any order in PLACED or CONFIRMED status from My Orders. Once packed/shipped, cancellation isn't possible but you can return after delivery.

How fast is delivery in Delhi NCR?

Same-day 2-hour delivery is available in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad for orders placed before 5 PM. Standard delivery is 1–2 days within NCR, 3–5 days pan India.

Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?

Yes — we ship pan India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Same-day express is currently limited to Delhi NCR.

Is COD available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India with a small handling charge of ₹49. For prepaid orders, there's no extra charge and you get priority processing.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to return. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. We arrange free pickup in Delhi NCR. For other cities, ship it to us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Go to My Orders → find your order → tap Return or Exchange. You'll need to record a short unboxing video (this helps us process requests faster and prevents fraud). We'll process within 24 hours.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. For COD orders, refunds go to your NOTMADE wallet or UPI. For prepaid, it goes back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS certified gateway.

Is it safe to pay on NOTMADE?

Yes. All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We never store your card details.
