The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the applicable refund amount shall be issued through the original payment method.

Payments

We accept payments through approved payment gateways available on the Site.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

For transparency, payment transactions, invoices, and bank records may reflect the legal business name “Shivam Parihar” instead of the brand name “NotMade”.
