We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  2. All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
  3. The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

  4. Products showing signs of usage, perfume, stains, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

All products go through a strict quality check before dispatch.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues.

  2. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  3. Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed within 24 hours.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.

After successful quality verification, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. The following products are not eligible for return or exchange

  2. Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  3. Items damaged due to customer handling

  4. Products without original packaging or tags

    Additional Information

Minor stitching variations, loose threads, fabric creases, or slight transit wear are natural in apparel products and will not be considered defects.
