Thank you for shopping with NotMade Studio. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and smoothly.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Super Express Shipping

  • Our Super Express orders are prioritized and dispatched within 24–48 hours through trusted local courier partners.
  • In most cases, delivery is completed within this timeframe, however in some cases it may take up to 72 hours depending on location and logistics.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Delay Policy for Super Express Orders

In rare cases, delays may happen due to unforeseen issues from our side or the courier partner.

If your order is delivered after 72 hours and you still accept the delivery, the Super Express shipping charges will be fully refunded.

If the delay exceeds 72 hours and you no longer wish to receive the order, a full refund including product amount and shipping charges will be issued.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or message. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NotMade Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery by the courier partner. However, we will assist you wherever possible in resolving the issue.
